How I work
"It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.” ~ Henry David Thoreau

Everything that exists and we know is subject to our perspective. It is celebrated as an attribute of those who get ahead in life. It is also marked as the weakness of those who get stuck. From psychology, management, leadership, mental health, and everything else in between starts with your perspective. That's what I work with, the mind.
Organizations
When working with an organization, the health of that system is derived from the health of its members, productivity, and environment.

I work to enhance the health of the people, the resilience of their organization, and creating a positive and conducive environment.
Counseling
Whether it is groups or individuals, My approach is to create a meaningful connection. Starting with assessment and exploration, moving on to deeper inquiery, and then harvesting the results.

My clients become a part of my community and continuously have access to my support when needed off sessions.
Teaching
What and whom I teach varies. International organizations, children with learning difficulties in schools. Youth groups. Training of trainers. Conferences and events, and lectures in universities.

I love to educate and learn from everyone I meet.
